TRWEA Mission Statement

The mission of the three rivers winter ensemble is to provide a unique performance environment for young men and women participating in the pageantry arts; promote a healthy competitive atmosphere through education and adjudication; and showcase Western Pennsylvania's local pageantry ensembles.
